Respecting Flowers: A Women's Month Webinar Reflection.

 We had another webinar again last week, on March 23, 2023, this time the topic is how can we became more respectful to women in the workplace since more than 50% of women experience sexual harassments on the workplace, at public places and even schools. In this webinar we learned what acts are the types and what can be considered as sexual harassments that can are often experienced by people in general. It is also great that they have include ways on how people can protect themselves from said sexual harassments by asking help from school officials, the public departments that can help, and laws that would protect people who are a victim of sexual harassment.
