Humms Week: The Four Day Experience

 Day#1 : Dizzy Frenzy - 15th of February

On the first day of the HUMMS week the only program that I had attended from is the seminar about multimedia education and information literacy due to being anemic. With a little bit of cherry on top, I do not have a picture as proof since my brother have it for family problem reasons. Long-story-short the talk is about how the majority of the people, especially on our generation are a part of the online civilization, in which in every account we have that have access to the internet or any type of media we are involved on can have an effect on our online image or persona. After explaining all the terms they taught us some small ways on how we can be safe and respectful even on an online platform.

Day#2: Confusion is on the Air - 16th of February

On the second day, I was very late due to family circumstances and yes, I was still on a bad condition thanks to my developed insomnia too. The only program that I had an opportunity to attend is near the end of the quiz bee. Nothing much, but the tie between of 2nd place is pretty hilarious and entertaining though. I also finally saw our booth so that's a plus!

Day#3: Pose for the Memories - 17th of February
On the third day, luckily I was able to participate on the seminar ''Click, Click, Boom'' where we are taught that photography is more than a fancy equipment and simply capturing a picture but it is about capturing a moment to show a photographer's skill, the meaning and emotions of a picture. As an experience we were asked to take nine photos for that day with certain themes which I already forgot what it is. But it was fun though, the use of grid and imagining the golden spiral while taking photos at different angles is a fun change of phase for the week.

Day#4: Presently Absent - 18th of February

On the fourth day, sports are apparently supposed to happen and we are supposed to cheer on our classmates who are supposed to be participating. But a lot of us just choose to attend our ROTC class instead. And the irony is while the lesson is on going we can hear the other students cheer on the old gym all the way through the new gym. So yeah, I was present while also absent in a sense.
